Here we go again 
some great matchups today:
im off to play golf this afternoon so wont be around until later but here are the teams i am looking at:
Bengals - Redman and Mendenhall both out and Bengals nearly back to full strenght on the D. Anything above evens at home is good imo
Ravens - far too big despite the injuries on D. I don't think the Texans D is anywhere near as good without Cushing. Suggs is back as well.
Saints at the Buccs - Graham is out but i fancy Brees and co to win this after a bye week. Vilma is back as well and he improves that D immensely
I also think the Cards are a bit too big at Minnesota and may look to play them on the hcap in what is likely to be a low scoring affair

Regardless of peoples opinion about his ability at the qb position, the fact is he led the broncos to the playoffs and then actually won a playoff game.
Yeah he may have a ceiling going up against elite teams, but the guy is a born winner,and ive lost count how many game winning drives he orchestrated practically by himself last year.

Sanchez's throws over 15 yards or so are completely uncatchable
Jets still fighting despite Sanchez. Completely agree Wallflower with your statement. However, even with the interception and stupid pen on 4th down, the Jets D has keep them in this.
get ball back here and one decent drive and we could have a game. That said if it does get close you suspect the pats have another gear. Since they went 2 scores ahead the play calling has been ultra conservative. If it gets close they will step up again.

I wouldn't go near this one at these odds from what I've seen, could go either way.
If the Jags had MJD and, to a far lesser extent, Gabbert, in then maybe they'd be worth a punt - if you were braver than me.

That wasn't Sanchez' fault there. He has played very very well in the 2nd half. He had no-one open on the play where he was sacked but he should have thrown it away. As it turns out it had no effect on the resulting kick but that's done and dusted now. If you want to blame anyone, blame Shaun Hill who dropped a simpe catch which would have given the Jets 1st-and-goal
SDoesn't take away from the fact that Sanchez is awful, he should have thrown the ball away instead of taking the sack but as you say that didn't cost them in the end.... the rest of his performance certainly has though

Sanchez has been fantastic in the 2nd half. 14 completions from 18 passes. One of the incompletions was the dropped pass by Hill, he also had a 16yd run negated by a holding penalty. The guy has his limitations but he has been the best offensive player on the field tonight, win-or-lose

He hasn't had a bad second half by his standards, all I said was it doesn't take away from the fact he is poor and his horrendous play in the first half has only been saved by a good Jets defensive performance

Gut reaction is Steelers but they have been poor on the road so far. Bengals were a bit flattered last year by virtue of their schedule and they are coming off the back of 2 bad defeats and haven't been good at all this year. I think the Steelers will probably shade it

why do i do it, NFL is so bloody unpredictable. i can afford to lose, but nobody wants to lose a grand thats for sure. im gonna be on the feckin jack daniels before the season ends at this rate

Yeah I fancy the Steelers to win, the will be in a bit of trouble if they lose tonight... Steelers never seem to do things easy though but I don't think much of the Benegals!! Hoping for a good game either way though
Sammy your bet should be a winner as tie is included in that market and overtime doesn't count.
Of all the markets on this match, the match odds seem the best value. Steelers in particular, although their road form is poor.

I think Pittsburgh will be a bit too strong for them though, both offensively and in defense.
The home side's wins this season, and in previous seasons, have usually come against the weaker teams. They don't strike me as a side that pulls off the shock wins.
