exactly what i thought VIs... PP credited my account, then removed it, customer service and manager both said i was wrong and didn't explain how i can place a free bet that was credited after 17th september
anyway... wanted giants -4.5 3/1 went to bed after being told manager would look at it manager responds saying i was right and here's ur free bet.  |

If you typed the bet in and tried to place it online before discovering FREE bet token was removed, there will be a record of this. They should pay you out imo.
