exactly what i thought VIs... PP credited my account, then removed it, customer service and manager both said i was wrong and didn't explain how i can place a free bet that was credited after 17th september

went to bed after being told manager would look at it

If you typed the bet in and tried to place it online before discovering FREE bet token was removed, there will be a record of this. They should pay you out imo.
