Thurs 29th March at 8pm is my early suggestion.
We all know how vital it is that everyone is present for the draft so if there are any problems please let me know early. The auction draft can take a long time but 8pm gives everyone a chance to get back from work and lets Dave wax his bikini line and Z put his best summer frock on.
I will try to cater for everyones needs but i know its impossible to please everyone unfortunately!

Preferably not a Monday as I am sometimes dogging then. And prefer a start at 8 p.m.
29th and 8pm is good for me - but I think we miss a couple of regular season games that are being played in Japan

OK, If i changed the date to Thursday 22nd at 8pm, would everyone be ok with that?

If we could do it not on a Thursday it would be better for me as I would rather not explain I am missing football training to do a fantasy draft but if needs be I will do. Also training isn't until 9 so if it is on a Thursday could we do it at say 7 to give me a chance of blowing my money in the first 2 hours?
Any time after the Friday 16th as i'm at Cheltenham all next week but if it is next week I can get someone to draft for me (who could probably do a better job than i usually do)
Due to a clash with the Auction Keeper league, how does everyone feel about the date being Friday the 23rd at 8pm? I know its a Friday but im struggling with dates to try and keep the majority happy.

Trying to keep everyone happy but its proving hard. im going to stick with this date then. Sorry Buckio, but the Thursday seems to be the only date and an earlier start will be harder for more people to make.

Ok no worries since the keeper league is definitely running this year I will drop out of the standard auction and save a bit of cash and allow myself to focus on just the two leagues which should basically guarantee me winning them!

Yeah, that way both auction leagues will end with 11-12 players instead of having one league with 16. Certainly a wise choice that will be great entertainment for all. I've always wanted to pick Matt Holliday from FA.

God I missed Z 
14 players now in the auction league. Its still deep enough imo, 16-18 would have been better tho.

Alas I won't be able to join you on Thursday night as I now have a charity dinner to go too, gutted to be honest :(

One question , how do you calculate expected auction values with 17 players?
I suppose the cheatsheet values are for 10 player leagues?
Would i be right in thinking that in a 20 player league , the prices would be around double?

you never know with an auction, just have to see how the market sets, bound to be some players who will look like steals and some who will look like buys only kenny dalglish would make.
