Not many NHL betters on the forums

I know, it's a damn shame.
|

think they have a few injury probs tonight.could be wrong though.

What a game in Montreal. Canucks come back from 3-0 down to win in a SO.
Watched the game and actually well deserved. |
|
By:
Did'ent watch the game, but I am pleased that I won my bet
![]() Any thoughts on tonights games? I like the odds on Winnipeg. They have won 3 in a row at home and I really don’t have high thoughts of Carolina. Maybe I will hunt the odds on victory for Winnipeg in ordinary game time |
|

I'm staying clear of tonight's games.

Over 5.5 in Was/Tor seems like a decent bet imo.

Finally some action on the NHL-markets :D...
I like the odds on the Rangers tonight, what do you guys think of this? I am thinking that the Rangers are in good form at the moment and have a decent chance at winning in Buffalo :)... |
|
By:
Rangers, well, they have a strong team and the odds is pretty high. I might throw some money after them.
I'm going for the Cannucks once again. They look strong at the moment and the Senators are rubbish. |
|
By:
Outstanding victory for the Canucks and the Rangers :-)
Unfortunately I can't say that I have a good opinion on tonights game. |
|
By:
What do you guys think about a Rangers victory tonight? I think they look very strong at the moment.
|
|
By:
I like Dallas,Minnesota,Ottawa,Detroit,Washington and Vancouver.
|
|
By:
As for Rangers vs Stars - I see them as pretty even in ability. I saw them against Buffalo recently and they played well but Buffalo were bad and were held without a shot for more than twenty minutes at one point. Dallas have the travel but an extra day's rest.
All in all with home advantage the Rangers should be favourites but 2.6 seems too big a price for Dallas and I won't be resisting a bet on them. I'm no expert but just how I see it. |
|
By:
Thanks for your response :-) I can see your point. I think that I might will hunt a Rangers victory after all ;-)
|

Good luck hunting. Let's see how it goes I'll take 5-1 with a Rangers win

FFS. Suddenly the Dallas game takes great significance for me as I am down in every other game.
I should of wrote down my picks and bet the opposite |

Dallas must have saved you a little bit
Did you make any profit? |
|
By:
Yes was looking bad at one point but could've gone 5 and 1 - in the end happy to settle with 3 and 3. All my winners were outsiders so small profit.
To be honest the Rangers were marginally the better team in the Dallas game - Bachman had a a great game in net. I have a strong feeling for Chicago tonight. I will leave the other two games alone unless the Blackhawks lose and I'm forced to chase with Anaheim (the worst team in the league?) ![]() Any thoughts on the Blackhawks or Ducks? |
|
By:
I could consider laying Minnesota, especially when you look at Chicagos recent form. They have been in OT 4 times in their last 5 games.
I don't have any clever thoughts on the Ducks. |
|
By:
I am actually considering going for Phoenix tonight, over the last 10 games their record is better that Anaheims and thier last two meetings have ended with Phoenix taking the victory...
|
|
By:
Can see Chicago winning in regular time or it going to OT, especially with Toews, Sharp and Keith on form.
|
|
By:
I layed a Minnesota victory, so I'm happy
![]() I'm having a pretty hard time finding a really obvious odds for tonights games. I'm thinking about laying a NY Islanders victory in regular time. The Dallas victory over NY Ranges the other night impressed me. |
|
By:
I'm really tired at the moment and can't pick a game, will look tomorrow night when I have more time.

Thank you Dallas!
![]() In my world, a Chicago moneyline victory over Anaheim, must be the lock of the day. |
|
By:
What are you guys thinking about Florida?
|
|
By:
Blackhawks should win tonight, I've gone big on it.
After their last two, Florida should bounce back tonight. |
|
By:
Going for Chicago, I like the odds even though its not the highest.
|
|
By:
St Louis have had their road troubles but taking account of the extra day of rest I think they will account for Colorado tonight. Going to play them on the hcp at 9/4 with the Nanny - if it reaches 60 minutes level their record simply does not stack up.
Will try to contribute more regularly - didn't realise we had any forum followers at all! |

Carolina Hurricanes are playing Phoenix tonight. Pre-match, I'd liketo lay the draw at 4.2. It was not taken as 4.3 was next in line. I forgot abt it - until I remembered again. First period has now ended (1-1).
However, no one has taken my 4.2 - although 1st period has finished. Surely this can't be normal - or maybe there is just no trading action on NHL at these night times (on the Continent).? Pls advise.. |
|

The market will have turned in running so surely your bet has been cancelled TMWTGG?
If you left it as a keep-lay it is probable that no-one will touch it until the last maybe 10 or 15 minutes of the 3rd if the scores are still level. I wouldn't want to back it anyway unless the game looked like it was totally devoid of chances Hope this helps |
|
By:
wohooo blackhawks 2 goals in 21 seconds!!!
|
|
By:
TMWTGG - some lunatic took 2 about the tie in your game - hope it was you that got matched

Nice with some Forum activity
![]() And thank you Blackhawks ![]() I am having a hard time finding some good odds for tonight, any ideas? |
|
By:
Did'ent bet on any matches last night. But tonight I'm going for a Vancouver victory in ordinary time. They have had a couple of solide wins at home and Calgary have only had a couple of narrow wins.
Any other ideas before the league takes a couple of days off? |
|
By:
Tonight, lots of games. 1.6 avail on the Blackhawks and I'd be surprised if they didn't win!
|
|
By:
Nice spotted, Shazza
I'm going to bet on a Pittsburgh victory tonight. They are on a roll. |
|
By:
I went big on the Blackhawks last night and they didn't fail to deliver! Resounding and easy win. 1.6 was just too big a price to miss.
![]() I'll follow you on that one ![]() |

Two fancies tonight.....
Winnipeg will surely find it odd playing away from their baying fans who appear to have inspired the team to scrape into a playoff spot - taking the on-fire Aves to continue their great run on home ice. Ottawa always look like shipping goals and against Montreal who look rudderless there looks to be every chance this could be open. Think odds-against over 5.5 is value. Good luck |
