stats like you put up are pretty meaningless as every game has it own facts and figures..each game cant be assessed as black and white!

pretty impossible game to bet on tbh..pats could rest player including brady in the 2nd half and kc may backdoor a pick 6 with the handi that high..overs the same rules apply with the resting of player if they are 21-28 up at the half!..can't have any confidence with any bet so far!

Tom Brady on a Monday night at home after a big divisional win?  Yeah, I think he's going to be fired up.  He knows the Kansas City defensive scheme inside and out.  He will absolutely have a field day.  The Patriots will be good for 35+.  Kansas City has a few play makers on offense - namely two physical receivers in Dwanye Bowe and Steve Breaston that the Patriots secondary doesn't have an answer for.  They could have just about anybody throwing to them and be good for a few scores.  I expect the Chiefs to bring out all the stops and try several trick plays this evening.  Who knows, against the Patriots defense anything is possible.  If the Chiefs prove to be as pathetic as the spread indicates, well, you always have the possibility that New England hits 48 points by themselves.

Add this to the mix, chung and mccourty are out for pats

I do agree that general stats like I posted are irrelevant in the context of one game. They are merely a starting point and something to bear in mind when analysing that game.

What they do show though is that is very rare for any NFL team to cover a 2 TD spread, irrespective of the merits of either or both teams.

Also, the 2nd string QB etc etc is all built into the line already
