Hopefully the overs will come in :-)

Bama -5

The point spread makes a mockery of the rating system. LSU #1, but #2 Bama favoured by 5 points. What's home field worth, 9 points ? Just shows you the gamblers are better raters of talent then some old guy committee.

Have had a mug nifty on da Tigers just for interest ............... enjoy peeps, lets hope it lives up to 10 % of the hype !!
By:
I was gonna take LSU +5.5 but ended up taking +4.5 since I don't see any rea; difference between having a 5 point start instead of 4 what with how american football scoring goes
By:
5 isnt a prime number in nfl thats for sure, dont see why it would be any diffrent in college, if you were paying more juice for the 5.5 then yeah taking 4.5 is worth it for the better price value.
By:
yeah I don't think that 1 point is worth 15 ticks anyways, it's 4 to 5 points is definetly not the same as 6 to 7 points
By:
blimey well wide 1-4 for him on the season.
By:
I also lean towards overs just because of the overtime rules in college football
By:
Yeah its a low number for a college game, but the defences here are very good. Missing that field goal isnt going to help. But as you say if the game goes to overtime you could get another 14 points in their or more. Im on overs.
By:
it's also that the clock stops on every 1st down makes games extremely long. I had a look at scoring for these teams and although their defense is immense, their offenses score over 30 odd points each game.
Not least defensive turnovers generally end up with something good too whether it be field position or straight up pick 6's |
By:
I agree think the value is with the overs defo, be a loss here for bama if their dt cant get back into the game.
By:
Both QBs are pretty ordinary
Put me off overs Trent Richardson over 100 yards my only bet |
By:
I didn't bet overs either, just saying if u put a gun to my head :p
By:
Refreshing to see a bit of D being played in a Ka-lidge game to be fair ........ unless you bet overs, I guess.
By:
its still early ... for the overs to hit we need 6 TD's 8 mins to go first Q 1 here will help have faith
By:
By the way mathieu is an absolute star
The next Ed reed |
By:
big 3rd down here, if they dont make it lsu should get some good fp.
By:
lol wide open. with a personal on top id guess.
By:
LSU are packed up to stop richardson tonight it looks like. If Bama can pass they will move the ball
By:
Richardson usually saves his best work until the second half
If I was the colts I would be sucking for Trent! |
By:
nearly was gone.
Whoever gets the number 1 pick its luck, colts cannot draft him or at least trade the pick away and then they would move to far away to grab rich anyhow. |
By:
i mean colts cannot afford not to draft him.
By:
I reckon he misses this one too, college football kickers are completely gash
By:
last year when they played 1st Q was 0-3 hit the over aswell
By:
yeah with his record this season, i wouldnt have much faith in a 50ydr, hopefully gives lsu decent fp to get a score.
By:
Seen luck three times this season and I don't reckon he is worth a number one pick
He is absolutely nowhere near what Cam Newton was |
By:
awful
By:
Strange decision to kick
By:
Mayve but i wouldnt say its all judged on that either, the people who doing all the drafting skill sets seem totally sold on him to be a star.
Cam has maybe gone a little more than what people expected aswell. |
By:
you almost have to punt from the 30 yard line with that kicker on 4th down
By:
doesnt mean the draft annaylis is correct though. he could be a bust no gurantees on nfl.
Thing is they would get probably 2 number 1s and maybe some 2s with trading him. |
By:
Isn't Lee the QB that's supposed to be used for the running plays?
By:
Seen some horrible teams in the PAC 12 in the past few years
What we are watching here is prober football! |
By:
LSU struggle with their two QBs from what I have seen
LSUs defence is ridiculous, would give Baltimore a go I reckon |
By:
that would have been nice for overs but was a good tip.
By:
When was the last time a running back went number one in the draft?
By:
I looked it up and it was Ki-Jana Carter in 1995 to the Bengals
By:
not sure tbh, a few number 2s.
