I reckon he misses this one too, college football kickers are completely gash
last year when they played 1st Q was 0-3 hit the over aswell
yeah with his record this season, i wouldnt have much faith in a 50ydr, hopefully gives lsu decent fp to get a score.

all these possessions are being played between the red zones, that is a fookin' nightmare kind of game for overs

I leaned overs simply because of the amount of scoring each team does and on the assumption you'd get some defensive scoring. With a low scoring game going into overtime as a potential saving grace 
yeah i went with it more on the fact i was hoping lsu would throw more with bama being so good on the run, tbh 3 missed fgs hasnt helped. Also 41 points isnt that much nowadays doesnt need much scoring to make it.

running plays affect the game clock a lot less in college football since the clock is stopped every 1st down.

Yeah i know that, was just in the mindset that because off how good bama are on the run, lsu would have to pass more giving me more time on the clock.
To be honest, from what I've seen so far, I'd say that the defenses aren't so much on top as the offenses are quite poor
you say they are awesome but neither qb's are getting pressured at all. Have we even had a sack yet?
now we have the 3 points should make this game go over the total, only need 5tds and another fg 2nd half.
or another 13 fgs, which is probably more probable than 5 tds and a fg.

I'm not talking about what these defenses have done previously, I'm talking about this game and in this game, defenses have been average but offenses have been more average :p
what are you basing it on? cos I have seen next to no pressure on either quarterback
defense is more than just direct pressure on qb's the coverage has been awesome
coverage has been average, these 2 have been good againstthe run and that's about it. Let's not forget that the only 2 scoring plays so far have been from 2 blown coverages

Mannings 35 and had 3 neck surgeries, even if he gets fit again hes not got long left. just long enough to mentor a young QB to take over from him
there will be quite a few decent QB's in the 2012 draft. I could see Colts trading 1st pick (if they get it) to pick up maybe Landry and others instead of Luck
