im a newbie to baseball punting and want to know what percentage (roughly) of baseball matches are void bets due to both listed pitchers not starting?

I`ve never known a game (played as schedualed) where both Listed Pitchers have been scratched. If only one of the 2 Listed Pitchers are missing all Bets are declared void, unless one stipulates Action. % of Games made Void - lower than 1% - imo.
