I placed bets that were up on their site, the prices were overly generous and i presumed it was someones automatic software bot thing gone wrong.

Now they have locked my account, virtually accused me of fraud and wont release any of my funds or void the bets. They say they are conducting an investigation. Overall i have about 6k in bets and funds that i can only presume they are trying to steal.

I can't see why they would care if a customer has put silly prices up, so i presume the site themselves are laying bets to cover up empty markets.

Anybody who bets with this joke firm are taking a huge risk imo.

whats even more annoying is they say other customers are involved in the markets, yet the silly prices are still there! so they obviously havent locked the account of whoever is laying the bets.

I've heard of similar behavior from them in the past (it seems they don't understand the concept of an exchange). That time they paid up in the end. Hope everything works out for you.

bets shouldn`t be void, they should pay up. if an individual made such an error they would be left to stew. should be no different for them if they have made a balls up and you took advantage. disgraceful.

Any update?

I cannot see how they would have any case to do anything other than release your funds back to you, and re-open your account. If not, I suggest legal action and while taking legal action take them for loss of earnings. As with the PC on BF, I do not know why people are scared to take action against illegal sanctions.
