Nobody pays/should pay that. Unless Pujols cheated on his age and is actually 20 and not 30.
O's are the only team that will at least consider it, with the boost from Albert they can get to 70-92 and finally show those damn Royals.

Also, calling the Nationals a "sleeping giant franchise" automatically lowers one's baseball IQ under 50. Unless they meant that the Orioles, Blue Jays and the Nationals could chip in 33% each and use him in 54games per team.
Only reason it's hurting is because you realize how badly your favorite franchise is being run.
