Can someone tell me why Philly's odd is so high here?
I know the Eagles will have nothing to play for and may rest some offensive starter (Vick looks like will be rested) but the Cowboys have nothing to play for too and they have a rookie QB starting the first game of the career since Kitna will be out.
Las Vegas bookies initially had Philly's line at -12, now of course they had to take everything into consideration and made a big adjustment to -7...so does not that -7 mean a lower odd than 1.79?
I'd jump on that but scared i don't know something...

Yes i saw the game and the Eagles were horrible, though Vick played bad too. Vick will be rested on Sunday and i think McCoy and DeSean Jackson could be rested too...but the Eagles will be at home looking for a win to enter the playoffs on a high note and, most importantly, Dallas will play his third string rookie QB and the Cowboys have nothing to play for too. So i don't see how the Cowboys' odds can be so low (right now 2.26) considering they were not able to beat the dreadful Cards last week.
Is this priced up anywhere yet?

Read this excellent article and then see for yourself the Vegas lines in there. Too bad i am not a big money guy, otherwise i'd sweep the whole odds out and lay the Cowboys big at those odds right now. I also find unbelievable that all the BF sharks out there aren't pulling the trigger.

One of the best things Goodell has done is make the week 17 games all divisional match ups, so whilst there's nothing to be gained in terms of this season the rivalry makes it a live game.
Dallas have proved they can play without Romo and that Wade was the main problem, I have them down as big triers in this.
Only 2 casinos have this game priced up (Kitna status to be confirmed) and there was a huge difference with the Eagles priced up -12 and -6, I'd love to be with the Cowboys with a 12 start if Kitna plays.

I'm sure you'd like to be on with 12 start the line's at between 1 and 1.5 now

always surprised this sort of thing is accepted. any other sport we'd be screaming FIX, non-triers etc etc 
they will still be trying, Reid won't accept anything less. Also, big divisional rivalry and there are plenty of eagles back-ups, Kolb included, who will be desperate to do well here, Eagles win for me
cunningham a former qtr back for the eagles was found to have been betting on nfl games some involving his own team.there were some others beleived involved but they caught cunningham.Some of Vicks performances similiar and he does have a very dodgy history.One years jail with good lawyers saving him from fifteen years jail.Involved in illegal and most cruel dogfighting and massive gambling on same.
