As a huge Pats fan i would really love to say us BUT i do think come the final stretch it will be a finisher like the Chargers or if fancying a NFC the Falcons have been impressing everybody, also they have a very nice combi of running and passing threats and i do like the way Ryan plays the game.

Saints v Pats Superbowl baw game I reckon with Saints getting it done overwhelming Pats D. Our 9-2 record flatters us and will even out by the time we've played Saints at Georgia Dome and Buccs in their house. Qwest ain't an easy place to go to either.

stop trying to be such a smart cnt harry just because the lad made a mistake.

saints or falcons from the NFC and i favour the saints when their running backs get back

patriots or ravens from the AFC and i favour the ravens as i have been backing them all season :)

most unpredictable year i can remember

chargers would be my pick right now although still lot of work to make respectable seeding for Playoffs

all in all it will just come down to which team gets the hottest or luckiest in the playoffs

but its anyones lombardi trophy

Chargers win out dont they hold all the ties?

chargers always scrap through division in close shave

bound to happen again
By:

When: 01 Dec 10 21:07
ffs of course Dave,,if chargers win out and kansas win all their games apart from the chargers game they will both be 11-5....divisional records at the moment are both 1-2 so yes you are correct...only way it can change is if chargers lose to oakland and kansas lose another game outside the division,,,then it gets complicated....so yes ur correct dave

The chiefs at 60's make much more appeal than the chargers at 10's.  Given that if the chiefs win at san diego it game over for the chargers but not necessary game over if the chiefs lose.  San Diego go to Denver in Jan, it could be a shoot out, with weather being a factor.

fkd if i know. it will definitely be one out of patriots, jets, steelers, ravens, colts, jaguars, chargers, packers, saints, falcons, eagles, giants. of that im pretty sure, beyond that i havent got a scooby.

wild shot in the dark...erm...patriots falcons superbowl...falcons winning it...total guess though...

fwiw id be staggered if oakland won in san diego. ive not looked but id imagine san diego are at best a 1/6 shot, oakland can bluff a few wins but their record is very flattering imo.

prob thinking the same as most..can you really see cutler going through the post season and onto a superbowlConfused  not for me with that muppet at QB

Going on last weeks' match vs Eagles, the Bears D is good enough while Cutler is a good enough QB to be able to manage a game efficiently without ever actually showing the brilliance of a Manning/Brees/Brady etc

They're not for me though

Currently I'm on

Eagles @ 38 (lovin it)
Chargers @ 18 (likin it)
Packers @ 13 (meh)
Chiefs @ 40/1 (not really likin it)

Every time I think about adding one or two more (especially in AFC where only 1 selection will make playoffs) I can't make up my mind.

If push came to shove I would probably go with Steelers & Saints (another NFC team though) but I'll prpbably just leave it at this stage.

I've gotta like the Saints in the NFC - getting their running backs fit and healthy for December and the Play-offs. They will be very dangerous.

In the AFC i can't look past the Jets or Steelers. Jets have been lucky or brilliant (depending how you see it) in winning games at the death and in OT. The Saints did it last year with some miracle plays, and it seems the Jets are doing it this year! I think the Steelers D have relaxed a little since Big Ben came back, but come crunch time i think they will step it up. I think the Steelers actually run the ball better this year than when winning the Superbowl in '08. I expect the Steelers to go into the over-rated Baltimore and win! edging them in a tight game.

I can't believe Indy are tied for the lead in the AFC South and are @ 26!!with a soft scheduele to finish, i think they go 5-0 down the stretch despite their problems. They're run in is vs. Dallas, @ Titans, vs Jags, @ Raiders, vs. Titans. 3 home games, and 3 divisional games. I'd think back at 26 and then lay-off once they're in the play-offs.

Jets v Saints Superbowl. Saints win it late with a Brees FG drive! The details lol.

well did i not mention rex grossman? do you think cutler is worse than him?

and as db says.. do you rate trent dilfer or collins?

lol the only joke is you

i never said they would win it.. you said they hadnt a chaNCE of getting there. im saying if qbs like grossman and the other two mentioned can then other, better qbs most certainly can

no,both **** like CUTLER...cutler is the worst decision maker around,i think he would be better being a panicky QB at least then he would just throw the ball out of bounds rather than being sacked...this season is the tightest season in years and a lot of games will be decided by smart football and good decisions,CUTLER is bottom of the list and nobody with half a brain would want this guy pulling the strings when the bears are behind in games...out of all the nfc teams that make the playoffs you would have the bears bottom of that list and the main reason is cutler, yes poor QBs have made a superbowl,2 you named both lost surprise surprise, even a silly ozzy like you wouldnt put yer money on JAY CUTLER, u flaming galar!

ive been backing the ravens and the saints since the start of the season... nothing suspicious about it.. i now have over 1 k involved in futures markets.. its really not difficult to do.

YOU clearly said.. and i quote ' onto a superbowl'...

not to WIN it...

so please in future if you wish to argue a point please make sure you remember what you and others have said.

NO ONE has said they will win it.. i said that other lesser QBs HAVE taken teams to superbowls..

and yes cutler is miles better than both dilfer and collins imo .. do i think he is an elite quarterback? he isnt in the top echelon no.

if thats hard to understand let me know which bit you dont understand and ill explain properly.

oh and DB was not supporting you.. he was supporting anyone who thinks an average or poor QB can get to a superbowl.
