Boise lead 24-7 @ HT. Nevada pulled it back to a tie with 5.14 left, BSU go straight back up the field and score. Nevada get a TD with 13s to go. 9s to go and Moore throws a great pass for about 40 yards to get into easy FG range and TO is called with 1s left. Brotzman, a senior kicker and their all-time pts scorer, lines up a 26 yarder and misses (although Nevada's posts are very low, if they were NFL standard height I think it would've been called good).

Overtime and BS get the ball first and Brotzman gets a chance at a 29 yarder and misses again. Nevada then go back up the field and their freshman kicker nails his 30 yarder to win it. About half an hour after the finish reports coming out of Idaho suggest that every person with the last name Brotzman in the Idaho region has been receiving threatening phone calls and apparently some death threats as well.
