at what point does the o line have to stop moving? you often see the centre waving his arms around pointing out where the d are, so when do they have to keep still from? never have found out.

but what's that? lol i see the centre in what looks like the set position but he's still waving his arms around
does it not say 1 of them is still allowed to move? im not sure tbh
it says the centre, but i assumed that meant because he has to snap the ball lol
