Even though they are 2-5 and playing against a team who are 5-2, Lions look a good bet here IMO, both on spread (+4.0) and straight-up (2.80 general)
Lions are 2-2 in last 4 games with the 2 defeats being by 2 points @ Packers and by 8 points @ Giants, teams who currently sit 4th & 1st in the NFC respectively)

I agree with Harry22, not for me either. I fully expect the Jets to bounce back and win this one! Maybe won't completely shut Detroit down, but they should be able to hold Detroit and they might just cover the spread?

I think jets will cover the spread....detorit strength is their passing offence, even thought on paper the jets pass D isnt ranked in the top 10 this is probably their strength,revis missed a lot of games which obviously makes them look worse than they are. Still unbeaten on the road

I actually like lions aswell, Stafford aslong as healthy is going to be a very good qb in this league imo. Revis will prob take megatron out off the game this sunday but that also can help free up burleson and pettigrew. Id imagine the game will go overs. Lions last 5 going over and also im sure the lions have only not covered the spread once this season.
Ive only put the bet in a treble because its not one of my fav plays off the week but i defo wouldnt put anyone off betting it. DB gl. |

I actually like the overs in this, played some fixed at 41.5 and bought spreads at 43.

I personally hope he doesnt handle him as i have the lions in a bet and the overs. I also dont think it will be 1on1 but they will defiantly have some defensive schemes for him, which still should open the field for the other players. Revis is no mug but nor is megatron should be an intresting match up whoever wins the battle.
As harry says he may not even cover him. |
