Oh man, I haven't been this excited since Z invited me to his stable for rakia and a beetroot buffet.
Halladay has a poor record against the Giants this year (0-2, 7.23 ERA regular season and Lincecum beat him in Game 1 NLCS) against The Franchise who has fared somewhat better versus the Phillies (2-1, 3.17 ERA) and San Fran has the chance to clinch the series after a thriller last night.
Halladay is a god (it's tragic I know, but he threw a breaking ball in his last game that actually made me fall off my nurse, it was that good) but if you offer me better than Evens on the home team with a pitcher like Lincecum (who has been lights out since September) on the mound and a World Series berth on the line and I'll take it.
The Phils have been hitting like they're blindfolded, but twitched a little last time out, so a touch on Over the small total may be worth a look too.
