he is defo past it but perhaps its a sad indictment on the youth that an oldtimer with the balls or recklessness to throw into double and triple coverage still gets big bucks and a start.

tbf hes always been crap, just nobody is allowed to say it. hes just like the gambler in vegas, sticks all his chips on red and hopes for the best. when it comes off he looks like a genius, when it doesnt he looks like a kentucky fried turkey.

When ESPN showed him arrived at the Dome, pre match, he looked about as mobile as Compo, Foggy and Clegg. TBF tho, I thought his ankle was a turnip in that photo they showed of it, taken post-championship game.

just think Vikes will struggle unless they can run all over weak Run D's,Brett doesn't need the dough and he can only hinder them on the field.The more plays the more chance he has to make a boo boo and he is about as mobile as a wheelchair,possibly needs one with that ankle. He'll help by taking on the QBs in training,giving them confidence and tips about the pocket and seeing the field (he could years ago).He isn't the grade anymore.
