METAIRIE, La. -- Reggie Bush said Thursday that his decision to relinquish his 2005 Heisman Trophy should not be seen as an admission that he and his family improperly accepted cash and gifts from sports agents while he played for Southern Cal.
"It's me showing respect to the Heisman Trophy itself and to the people who came before me and the people coming after," Bush said after practice with the New Orleans Saints.
