Can someone explain me why you can back NYY (american league winner market) at 3.4 and in the World Series Winner you can lay NYY at 3.8??
Is there something I'm missing (key injury-trade) that affect the price?

Very little money in either market, so you shouldn't read a massive amount into it. Although it is probably trying to tell you that people don't think much of the National League teams.
