Hi all, its that time of year again. On ESPN have created a group called Betfair NFL Challenge.
You've got $50 million at your disposal every week to choose nine players, each having a different value. The winner is decided by total fantasy points by end of season, weekly scores don't matter. Had a good turnout last season and a close competition, the more the merrier.

ttt, seven in so far. No draft order, in Gridiron Challenge you can choose anyone you want each week and if you stay in budget you can keep players as long as you want.

yip gvl, a bit slow this year but there is usually a rush towards the start of the season...still plenty time to sign up
Nilsson, I always think that too at the start...but the values attached to each player go up and down depending on how they perform...when players get bye-weeks you drop them and have to replace them, but with who? And how much will the original guy cost when he comes back, if u still want him? Do u drop a guy for two difficult games, then he plays really well and you find you can't afford him for the 'easy' third game? etc etc Isn't as easy as u might think, usually drives me half-crazy |

i was thinking that as well - you could basically pick whoever you want and still be under budget

actually, iirc you can still enter at any time of the season, you just miss out on the points for games you've missed. if people don't enter before kickoff tonight they can still enter a team in time for sunday they just can't pick any vike or saints players.
