Maybe the same bloke who wanted 112k on Ubaldo (at a similar price) the other week.
Whoever got their money backing at 1.5 or so might be wishing they hadn't. Padres are 3-5 down it appears.

Shows how much hidden liquidity there is on baseball markets. If you put a bet up at a reasonable price (probably helps if it is a tick or two below the Pinny price) you'll get matched, even for large sums. As I recall most of the Rockies' bet got matched also.
I layed a fair chunk, but then I also layed a fair bit of the Rockies one too.
