Looking at the list of possibles, for a few reasons, Oakland might be the ones to make a bid.
With their long running QB woes, giving up this year's 8th pick, and maybe a little more, for a two-time SB winner would seem like a no-brainer. And the Raiders have never bothered much about 'character'.
