The Murdoch Empire the first to price this up as far as I can see...Like:

Tebow to be drafted in 3rd @ 7/2
Clausen 6th pick or later @ 5/6 - redskins surely the only team that could draft him in first five (barring trade-ups)? and im sure youll get an odds-against price on them drafting him nearer the time.
Over 7.5 1st round O-Liners @ evens

Some gifts to be had in the coming weeks I think, cant wait.

Id be shocked if he went in the first, second justified fave, but 7/2 looks a little big for the third. Plenty of teams will be interested in him if he drops to this round.

Get laying the likes of Okung, Berry, Haden, Bryant, Morgan etc etc for the first pick. In fact lay everyone not named Sam Bradford.

Buying money.

Tebow is a tricky one to call. We all know he should not go in the first 3 rounds in all fairness. However, this draft, in particular for some teams in this economic climate is not about building their teams. It is about ensuring the survival of their franchise and TT will sell tickets.

I expect him to go to Jacksonville.

Shame the draft this year is at stupid o clock on a thur nite/fri morning. 1st round quite good.
Will have to see if we can get a comp set up for 1st round, seeing how many people can get the right picks.

5's available here for Tebow to go in the third or 12's if you think he will go even lower if you don't rate him. I would be a tad surprised if he went that low though.

Itd be nice to see more liquidity for the Tebow Team market. I know paddy have priced up a few teams, but they are the worst odds I have ever seen in my life. Jacksonville aside, most other sides should be 14/1 minimum.

Also, check out the ESPN First Draft podcast on itunes with Mel Kiper. Good listen for those interested in betting on the draft.

The way I see it you have 6 first round locks from the O-line - Okung, Bulaga, Williams, Brown, Davis and Iupati.

After that you have 2 dodgy ones - Campbell, and Pouncey, and then a couple of potentials in Saffold and Ducasse.

With Campbell it's simply about whether Mad Al wants a freak of a Left Tackle (which they desperately need), or a freak (and an awful one at that) Safety. With them having three decent Safeties, my bet is on Campbell at #8.

As for Pouncey, he could go anywhere from #18 to the Steelers, right down to the middle of the second round. Center is a need for a few teams, not least the Vikes who desperately need to replace Matt Birk, and we saw two go in the first round last year.

Saffold is a maybe, it depends on who has gone and whether the Colts really want to take a new LT high, and Ducasse could be a target for the Cowboys - he's the massive mauler type they love.

With that in mind, I'd probably go over. A lot of teams need help at Tackle this year, and you might see 4 go in the top 10 alone (Okung, Bulaga, Campbell and Williams). You will probably see Iupati and Brown go off between 13 and 23, which means it's down to the four above - and recently a lot of teams have traded back into the first round or up in the first round to grab that OT.

Count me in. Managed to get 10 last year.

Doggy......the Packers are definitely one of those teams who are deperate to go O line......... but because they pick at 23 and with the elite being off the board i think Ted Thompson will go defensive back or outside backer and pick up a developement O line in the 2nd or 3rd.
By:
grayhawk
When: 07 Apr 10 11:33
Also should have said what i mean by that is.......If the Packers are going to do this, i can see other team that pick late do the same ie.....why pick the 7th 8th 9th graded O line prospect when you can pick an elite player at another position and pick O line in later rounds in what is supposed to be one of the deepest drafts for a long-time talent wise.

grayhawk if Kyle Wilson isn't there for the Packers and he probably wont be, i think they should consider trading down a lot depth in this draft.

i'm hoping packers take a left tackle for rodgers and as for tebow i'll be staggered if he's not pciked up within 3 rounds,he'll be an ideal pet project for somebody and apparently has already undergone extensive trialing with some teams keen to see his remodified throw
By:

Verrrryyyy dissapointed in the bookies this year. Have left publishing any draft odds very late, and even at that, most of them have just copied odds from dodgy costa rican sportsbooks.

Props to the murdoch empire and patrick for at least making an effort early doors.

Would be stunned for Tebow went in the first, looks decent, but there are so many better players around now, and you couldn't imagine him leading a team next year

no reason why he should not go in the 1st round. tebow is the player with the most intangibles. Teams who draft him know what they are gonna get from him. the guy will work hard and is a winner unlike clausen. bills, vikes or pats get him i reckon

The only way tebow can end up in Jacksonville is if they manage to trade down out of the no.10 spot and pick up a second round pick, as they currently don't have one. As much as the Jags have to consider their future and the effect Tebow would have on ticket sales, you cannot reach for a 2nd rounder at no.10, GM Gene Smith just won't do it.

For them to be able to trade down I would guess they need Clausen to still be on the board at 10 and have someone beneath them sufficiently interested in trading up to be willing to part with a high-ish second rounder that should be enough to get Tebow.

All that said, I am not of the belief that tebow to Jax solves all their ticket-selling related issues. So the Jags fans want Tebow and they'll start buying tickets again? How will they react to seeing him holding a clipboard for 12 months while he learns his trade then? They'll soon stop buying tickets again then.

I'll be flying across to Jacksonville for the first regular season game, against Denver, whether Tebow is in teal or not. My personal preference would be not. Go Jags.
