Vikes are 8-0 at home thi sseason
Favre has thrown just 7 interceptions ALL SEASON Both teams have good offensive weapons at QB with good receiving corps - but Vikes have Peterson Romo will throw all day because for Cowboys to win Romo has to have a good day - no way they come close otherwise - but he will get picked off and be under pressure all day, he will make mistakes and bad judgement calls. The weeks rest in bye week is sooo important. Just look how good Arizona looked last week - now check this weks scoreline Vikings were superb in their final reg season games, in fact the last 6 qtrs of reg season they have bben awesome on offense - a balanced offense. Their defense has had a v good year too with a good corps of limebackers led by Sackmeister Jared Allen, albeit the secondary a bit banged up - they WILL give up points to Dallas and Romo WILL throw TDs, but the Vikings have their own superman at QB. Favre had led this team all season, he has improved his receivers all year so that now Sidney Rice is in the Probowl, add Bernard Berrian, Percy Harvin (watch him from kick returns and running the ball too - explosive!) and both Peterson and Taylor out of the backfield. IF the Vikings play how theyve played most of the season they will win. If Romo plays how he can do, Dallas will keep it close - if not...well Vikes will roll dem Cowgirls |

Dont believe the bye week is as important as you make out. Sometimes having the bye week can stop a teams momentum. It also didnt do the Giants any harm a couple of years back. Getting that win last week for Dallas got a huge monkey of there back and are coming into this game on a roll and full of confidence. Should be a cracker imo. Go Cowboys!

fancy the vikings for this one but i have no reasoning to back it up
this game will purely be decided on who turns the ball over |
|
By:
my god u include the giants win as a positive, they were on holidays mentally and starter wise a fortnight ago. G Men rolled over in week 17.
the cowboys are rampant. take note |
|
By:
the cowboys have been impressive last few games, more so than any team left in the playoffs except maybe the chargers. however i have a problem trusting romo to get it done in the high pressure and hostile environment of the metrodome.

Minnesota for me for interest.
Medium stakes |
|
By:
Da Boys D has been way too impressive lately, so gotta roll with them again to stop the Vikes.
|
|
By:
cowboys all the way for me.. playing too well at the moment. think the vikings have been overated all season. farve is past it. dallas defence will shut vikes down, my only worry is romo, but he seems to have sorted his head out lately..
|

By:
Cowboys for me,early score to silence the vikes fans and get that noise out of the equation would be most welcome
|
|
By:
Fancy the Cowboys in this one, but it is tight

FFS
Cards were really fancied last night & we all saw what happened there :( |
|
By:
Phorum - Cards
Market - Saints Tonight Phorum - Cowboys Market - Vikes Stop looking for value FFS |
|
By:
lol that might make some sense if there was a connection between last night's game and it's market, and todays game and it's market, but, erm, there isn't! lol
|
|
By:
yeah right, value is the last thing you want to look at when betting ffs...by the way, what if you think the vikes are valoooo at 4/5?
|
|
By:
The key is Barber. If he's too banged up to take his fair share of the hand-offs, then Minn should win.
If Dallas can peck away with their three-pronged running attack to deter the Minn pass rush, it should be a toss-up. Romo and Favre both capable of going from hero to zero in a blink, so it's tough to call. If these teams come off black and blue, the Saints have a big shot. |

Vikes are a massive price for me
Dallas very overrated on 2 wins against an inconsistent eagles side and one against washington and new orleans when they downed tools People too quick to forget some dreadful away performances. Double digit vikes win |
|
By:
Dallas beat NO in the Superdome recently and i fancy them to do the Vikes tonight in their Dome. Romo will have to have a good game but I expect Cowboys running game to be prevalent. Dallas D pass rush is excellent and Brett will be pressured - will he throw interceptions in trying to force it and will AP fumble again??

links? other than atdhe
|
|
By:
Tonights great value imo is over 11.5 points in the first qtr at 2.38
2 fg's 1 TD will do it. 2 very strong offence's and return teams are very good. I think this game will start fast... 2 Very explosive running backs than can go all the way from anywhere in Jones & Peterson. Small price but big value imo Enjoy the game :) |
