Chargers seem to have ticks in all the right boxes at the moment.
Report d13phe January 3, 2010 9:24 PM GMT
Packers also playing good football right now
Report SUPER KEVIN DAVIES January 3, 2010 10:06 PM GMT
no obvious choices at the moment really.. cowboys perhaps because of their stunning recent form.
Report Hayden January 3, 2010 10:08 PM GMT
Not financially involved but would love to see Cowboys win it.
Report Postman Pat January 3, 2010 10:14 PM GMT
I really would like to be on the cowboys side and be a supporter but the coach looks such a tw*t I cant get into them at all. Shallow I know.

Chargers I think will make Indie pay. Pats though will there or there abouts.

Jets
Report anton_chigurh January 3, 2010 10:58 PM GMT
I got on the Packers around 40, but I'm going to lay some off around here; still think they can progress. Eagles look absolutely terrible today; Chargers or Colts for me.
Report anton_chigurh January 3, 2010 10:59 PM GMT
Pats & Cowboys not good enough in my opinion.
Report Flying_V January 4, 2010 10:27 AM GMT
Backed Chargers in early Dec. If I was looking at it today...would still pick them out as the form team with strength on both sides of the ball.

Looking forward to the championship game at Indy...if form book runs.

[Aftertiming & ramping all in one post...I'm a genius!]

Have we started a petition to get ramping and aftertiming into the Dictionary yet! If Bouncebackability can make it surely those 2 can.

I backed the Jets steadily last week at 90.0.

OK, it's a big ask to win four on the road, but they do have classic SB winner credentials - awesome D, and a punishing, relentless, ball control running game. And they have finally found form after disappointing in the early part of the season. Although the Bengals didn't play their starters the whole game last night, they were absolutely shut down (7 yards total offense), and it's difficult to see - beyond the return of Benson - why they should suddenly improve massively on Saturday.
Report Saluting Darren Lockyer January 4, 2010 5:19 PM GMT
backed the jets myself a few weeks ago, agree about the defence and we know revis will take out the primary receiver but i'm worried that sanchez isn't good enough and if they meet a defence capable of stopping the run then he has to air it out which means turnovers. I don't see them as superbowl winners but can see them getting over the bengals at the weekend so should shorten up again.
Report cunnybobbler January 4, 2010 5:59 PM GMT
no idea really but id be surprised if the colts or chargers arent close to 1/2 favs in the superbowl. backing them both wouldnt be the worst thing to do, 6/4 ish.
Report cunnybobbler January 4, 2010 6:03 PM GMT
im on the first 4 in the betting at the moment- the teams with byes and home games to come. bound to all get shorter after the wildcard games are out of the way, happens every year.

London Lawman, Bouncebackability Surelly Not, American's F uc king Up English yet again.

Saint's, with a fun bet on the Raven's

Bouncebackability is a chavy English soccer term if i am correct

i think if you're looking for a bet at this stage, you could do worse than backing GB and/or BAL at the prices.
i fancy BAL to beat NE and then IND. never like teams with the bye resting players going into the playoffs and think IND will suffer from that. BAL ground game should pose them all sorts of problems too.
GB in great form and will in all likelihood go to NO who seem gone at the game.
I think they both have a decent shot at making the divisional game at least.
my 2 cents anyway.
Report oldbigead January 5, 2010 2:50 PM GMT
Can't see Indy mot making it to the Superbowl now.

Also think the Saints will turn it around when it counts.

And then you'd have to fancy Indy.

So really all i'm doing is telling you what the market is.

Chargers still.....but have had a long-shot saver on the Cards..[and their awesome D!!!]
Report Ross8481 January 12, 2010 5:28 PM GMT
