If the Eagles win, they clinch the No. 2 seed in the NFC and get a week to rest before beginning the playoffs. The Cowboys' shot at the bye will be gone if Minnesota wins earlier in the day, but if the Vikings lose to the New York Giants, Dallas can get it by beating Philadelphia while Arizona loses to Green Bay.
If neither team gets the second seed, the Eagles and Cowboys very possibly would meet in the wild-card round next weekend. |
