supposing NE Pats have to go to Colts in the playoffs and win there,will they in turn be at home to say San Diego having beaten the top seed or would San Diego get home advantage been no.2 seeds??

Homefield advantage always goes to the highest seeded team.
So if the #2 seeded Chargers were playing the #4 seeded Pats then the Chargers would be at home even if the Pats had beaten the #1 seeds in the previous match. |
