how you can review something and get it totally wrong is something only the national fixed league could match!
guys in college football the clock stops whenever there is a first down to allow time for the chains to move. obviously in that time the coach can call a time out or have i missed something?
the play is dead when the knee goes down and not when the player starts rolling
