Can the Vikings be trusted again after last week's debacle in Carolina ?

The line varies from -7.5 to -9 depending on where you look. Although I think they'll cover I think a better bet may be Over 41 as I think both QB's will try and air it out tonight.

Any thoughts ?

theres been lots of talk about minnesota going back to square 1 and trying to find their running game. So under 41 looks good to me

Bears - pride, plus its monday night football against a divisional rival.
Mini- can still secure a bye and home round game plus need to bounce back after two inept away performances.

line looks short to me in spite of the vikings woes,i guess the rivalry and homefield advantage must be worth a field goal at least to the bears.

Vikings have been shocking in their last couple of games on the road, at Carolina and Arizona, i wouldn't be touching the Purple mess here.

Peterson has gone 5 games without a 100-yard day and the Bears rank 25th v the run.

So Minn are bound to pound the ball in order to try to get their game back on track.

Favre will be playing for pride after the spat with Childress, so the Vikes should be 'up' for this against a divisional rival in primetime.

Wind at 15 to 17mph, so maybe the unders.

27-10 Vikes?

Coach for Minny wants to pound the run all night long if possible. Saying he wants Peterson to get 20-30 carries and only attempt 20-30 passes. Of course the game must dictate strategy, especially in the latter stages, but Minny is the strong fav so it is more likely to play out this way.

Bet accordingly hombres.

Hard game to call but gotta take a home MNF dog +9.5 pts with lads especially given how bad Minny were against Carolina last week.

I don't have any coverage, but if they're just talking about the "windy city", that means Chicago:
