for the 1st time this season have to say not particularly inspired to stay up for this :|
By:
include me out as well
By:
i love the brownies so ill be tuning in and i think were good to stay within the spread

If Pittsburgh dont cover the spread, the steelers should fire Tomlin.
Dead serious. |
By:
can't see pittsburgh covering. they haven't covered a big spread all season have they? the weather conditions will act as a leveller tonight.
cleveland +10 is the bet for me. |
By:
i'd fancy mendenhall to alot of the ball in those conditions
but the spineless bookies haven't priced up the player performances markets yet.not normally this late are they? |
By:
to see alot of the ball
By:
unders overs at 32.5 at my bookie, im tempted to go in for overs regardless of weather
By:
steelers should double the spread let alone cover it
By:
Interesting to see how Pittsburgh go this week, I know it's only the Browns, but you never know with the way the Steelers are playing now, they should break out their offense a little more and be more aggressive against the lower teams from now on, as they can only really afford to drop one more game or they will definitely miss the playoffs.
By:
50 mph wind gusts, snow forecast.....
A Steelers team that have forgotten how to play, probably without Hines Ward tonight, against a clueless Browns team. Can't believe I'm staying up for this! |
By:
Mr Lumpy do u think this will be a high scoring game or low scoring game?
Im not sure if to bet under or over 32.5 points? any advice? |
By:
Went Under 36.5 at start of the week, the way my luck is its guanteed to be over.
You cant eat value |
By:
I was originally skipping this match but may stay up for it now,at least the begiining, steelers just want the win don't they, losing 4 matches in a row means that confidence is low, they won't be worried about putting on a show in the freezing cold and covering a spread.
Can't see a high scoring match but how low do you let that line go down ? Running game will be key here, brady quinn can't throw the ball very far in ideal conditions ,lord knows what he's going to do with 50 mph winds, lots of short passing i should imagine,he'll have to ,they have no running game to speak of. If the Steelers were in any kind of form i'd back them to take down that spread, tough decision to make. |

Sid have put up Player markets. I think 275yds big ben may be a little on the high side
By:
lockyer inb better conditions and against arguably a better team.. the browns easily covered the handicap on sunday against san diego...
im nto saying they are certs tonight to cover- the browns- but i think this will be closer than people suggest is all im up for it as well :) CANT MISS THE BROWNIES.. im on em on the match odds as well.. foolish yes... |
By:
Jesus, never thought i'd say this but i'm massively fancying Cleveland +10.5 against the Super Bowl champs!
Trouble is, is it worth staying up for a potential bore fest? Someone try and talk it up will ya! |
By:
big game, cleveland covered that spread late in the game when the result was already determined,i wouldn't read too much into it as the chargers dominated them.
I'm leaving the cap alone and going unders on pittsburgh points instead, tbh i don't think i'm going to watch it,just cant get inspired enough. |
By:
That Roethelsbgr passing yardage is high at 275.5 its 8/13 now though - thankfully a pal rang me and we got some -110
By:
I listened to that Cleveland game and yes they sneaked the cover BUT it's a high line for a team low on confidence and whose lost their last 4 to cover.
Pittsburgh probably will win but at 10.5 I'll take those Browns, who've covered a few times for me this season when starting with the points (Detroit, Pittsburgh (1st occasion), San Diego and Cincy games all spring to mind) As for the points, the last time I backed UNDER in a Cleveland game was the 38-37 game at Detroit!! :-( Think I'll steer clear of that!! |
By:
Don't like backing these teams at these odds away. They have a habit of going wrong. 30% of the time this season!
By:
i watched all the browns game locky.. and im a massive browns fan..
and even when 27-7 down did i at no point think that the chargers were certs on the 13.5 cap. ever. i thought the browns moved the ball quite well all game and i knew they would score again but wasnt sure whether it would be a fg or td. i think they will cover tonight and have a chance of winning.. just my opinion |
By:
Windy and freezing = turnovers, mistakes and scoring chances. Be a brave play on the under, Although the line on here is high now.
By:
I agree I predict overs on total match points, small margin of victory.
By:
hahahaha browns are so **
By:
pittss will win by 50
By:
I want to pull the trigger on Steelers -10.5 but I am finding it hard to do.... Ah well few hours yet.
By:
or more
By:
only bet tonight for me is
Santonio Holmes anytime TD scorer a evens good luck comrades |
By:
FG missed NO @1.81 looks tempting. I can't see them going for many long kicks if the wind is as strong as been suggested and it's more than likely to be a vertical wind that helps the ball carry than a crosswind.
By:
To bother or not to bother? That is the question.
By:
Bother imo.
This is arguably the biggest game of the season so far. |
By:
This makes Saints vs Pats look like Rams v Chiefs pre season game! Stay up!

By:
With the wind forecast at 28 mph, the 'unders' is an orgasmic temptation.
By:
doyle sports still has overs/unders at 35.5....should i get on the unders????
By:
I'd rather bet the unders at 37.5 at the reduced odds than go underr 35.5 at 1.8 or 1,9, but this is Cleveland and the wind looks a big factor, so I would still be tempted.

good article..makes alot of sense
