Great game from the Fish. Porter is a different player when he shuts up and plays, and the 'Phins D is much better when he does.

Spliffy was fantastic. Really rolled back the years there.

I think the reason the Panthers passed so much was because the Dolphins are giving up a heck of a lot of yards through the air and are pretty good against he run, so it wasn't a bad game-plan when you look at it that way, especially not with Steve Smith split wide.

If you look at it from the point of view that the Panthers are best when running the ball though, and that Williams gained so many yards on so few carries, then it was crazy for them not to run more, even when behind.

i don't have much of a handle on the game because i surpassed myself and crashed out after the panthers first drive but looking at the stats i do find it perplexing that williams wasn't used more and that delhomme threw a billion passes,even more so that only 1 of em was intercepted. Anyways that's the panthers season gone i feel.
