Multiples SP Multiples Old Site v New Site

Tennis today was surprised that 1.71 Lisicki went to 1.61 and checked a horse for reference which showed at 5.3 - multiples offer 4.3. Reverted to old site which offered same horse at SP.

Cant possibly bet multiples at those rates unless SP is reasonable but how is that calculated?

Any help/advice appreciated.
