I placed a multiples bet yesterday ( NYY-BOS o9.5 AND MIL-COL o9.5 ) potential win was 25.88€ only won 7€ and got my 7€ back. It seems they didnt count MIL-COL (oround 2.3odds).

Hi Jelman - We’ve looked into what happened, and there was a pitcher change in the Col@Mil game. Because of that, one leg of the double was voided as per our rules:
Market Rules: Which team will win? If either of these named pitchers fail to start the game for any reason ALL BETS PLACED ON THIS MARKET WILL BE VOID. Each teams starting pitcher is defined by the pitcher that throws the initial pitch of the game for each team. Extra innings are included if played.
Therefore, your stake went on the remaining leg, which won and paid out accordingly.
