Q. Is it all about not getting the bike you wanted or because you felt you weren't supported by the team as much as you wished?
A. It's not that much about the support, but I think it's a second division team - I have to try and win the Championship next year and I don't think I could do it with this team, so that's why I took this decision. must have a team lined up...not hard to envisage him flying round in repsol colours |

Repsol colours? Are you kidding. Honda will never support him again after his comments this weekend. Remember that FTR is a part of Honda and the last thing Honda like is their riders slaggig off their machinery at all. If he was to ever ride for a team with Honda again then it would be with no factory support from HRC at all.
Rumour is that he has already lined up a move to a KTM powered team for next season. He's brought a lot of it on himself though by having his blusens team manager also be his personal manager. This is a clear conflict of interests as his manager obviously isn't going to put 100% effort in to finding his rider a better ride at AJO or Aspar if it means losing the best rider in the class to a rival with better machinery... |

i dont believe the rumours of not getting told about AJO/Aspar offers is the reason behind the split. Neither he or his fanclub have posted anything on FB to clarify the situation buts its all very weird
