Error 403

Good evening all,

I have been trying to get horse racing form and results on the exchange. Unfortunately I keep getting an error 403 message saying access to timeform has been denied. I have cleared cache and cookies but keep getting the same problem. Just wondering if there are other folk having the same issue and what can be done to get it to work. Thanks in advance.
