how do you copy a posters name and what he wrote in a topic so it comes highlightered?

The text has to be highlightered first, the copyded and then pasteded. Once pasteded it can be editeded (e.g. change text colour, delete some of the content, etc.).

Delete the characters, /thumb, from near the middle of the link and insert [img]at the start of the link in front of the 'http://' and add[/img] right at the end of the link's location so that you have something like this......
