Creating a database...Help needed.

Hi, i currently keep ratings on the RP. Is there any way to copy those ratings onto Excel.
Race by race would take forever...is there anyway to connect my ratings to Excel and overnight declarations?
Ideally i would like keep my database on Excel but have no idea how to go about it.
I would appreciate any help given and would be willing to pay but need guidance as to
what it is i really need. tia
