I have a pdf which consists of eight separate pages
(It is set of documents to join our club)
How do I turn this PDF into a fillable form that can be completed on the PC with the persons name address etc and then printed off ready for signing
Then main problem I'm trying to overcome is having to fill in their name and address on every page of the form either by typing it out every time or copy and pasting it every time..
Is there a way of just typing it in some where once and all fields that need persons name are auto completed...?
