Is there a trading platform or app that has a popup watch window?

I've tried everything to try to get the old watch window popup working on my two compters running firefox5 with firefox extras from labs, to no avail.

If someone knows of a trading platform (preferably a free or cheap one) that has a popup watch window I'd be most grateful if you would leave a message.
