Windows Firewall or Zone Alarm??

Have been using ZA for years without a problem but read recently that it takes up far more system resources than Windows. As I only have 1Gig RAM on my notebook I need to do everything possible to speed it up with BF, live video and the RP sites hogging so much.

Any opinions?
