Wireless/mac like pc?

This is prob slightly off forum but nobody has replied to my thread on **shat and you techies are more likely to know anyway! I've been a mac user for a few years now and do like them but mine has developed a problem (with the hard drive and logic board) which is going to cost silly amount to**so I may as well get a new one. I want to keep my options open as to whether i get a pc or a new mac and i wandered if it is easy to get pc's that are wireless for keyboard, mouse and to my amp (I currently use an airport express). Would it be easy to transfer my itunes library to a pc (it is on an external hard drive) and I've also thought about just having the PC connected to my tv (sony kdl 40z 4500) and not using a monitor - is all the above easy? If nobody can help can you perhaps recommend a site that can or maybe the type of pc that I should be looking at (mainly used for browsing and listening to music) around the £500 mark - i wouldn't need speakers. Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post but i may as well try to get everything ion the first post!
