Betfair Rapid problem (Windows Vista - 64 bit)

I'm trying to install Betfair Rapid on Windows Vista (64 bit) and am getting the following errors during installation:

'The wizard cannot be run on a computer running a member of the Windows Server 2003 family or a later operating system because the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) client component is already included in the operating system.'

And then, when I click ok:

'There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.'

I'd appreciate help with resolving or getting around this issue
