A young jockey who has ridden very well last 2 seasons who still claims 5lbs.
Has some interesting rides at Killarney today for a variety of trainers, only ridden here 12 times but has a good record with 3 winners, 1 2nd, 1 3rd and 1 4th that's 1/2 of all his rides placed in 1st 4 and 1/4 won, yes a very small sample.
I'll be a bit disappointed if his day doesn't end with a winner and a place or two from his 5 rides, will do some EW D and Ts on his rides.

Well he ended up with 2 2nds and a 3rd, at 13/2, 4/1 and 9/1. Rather unlucky last one btn a Sh/hd on line, another btn a neck and the 2 unplaced, 1st one went Evens IR, and the 40/1 shot Liamo went 2/1 IR.
Just gone top of the apprentice table, one ahead of Adam Caffrey with Ryan another one behind, should be close till end of season. Hassett 3 winners past week for Wayne, 12/1 9/1 and 9/2 with a 50/1 2nd from 17 rides.
First winner at Galway puts him jt top with J Ryan, 2 ahead of Adam Caffrey. I hope Adam might be able to pull one back on board Speckled Meadow a confirmed mudlark with a 1st and 2nd from 3 runs here, may just have a few pounds too much to carry but should get placed at least in 1st 5.
Been too busy to post this afternoon, but great to see Adam Caffrey have 2 winners, then Ryan gets another winner, not sure whose in front now, great three way title race.
