Leopardstown Card is very poor and i will be giving it the swerve and wouldn't dream of going to the course for it. Later in the week looks a bit better and warmer for that matter.
That said, the Juvenile Hurdle looks a nice race.
And the Mullins camp will throw out some decent novice hurdlers.
The 2m1f Feature novice chase is the disappointment with only 5 runners.

Nice Novice Chase 2m3.5f at Limerick which RTE usually televise.
Prices about right so not a betting medium.
Gerri Columbe likely to be better over farther but I still fancy him to beat Kilcruit who probably wont live up to his considerable potential. The former's jumping should seize the day.

Wetherby
Shan Blue the likely winner of the Rowland Meyrick but too short and not trustworthy enough.

Kempton
Long Walk
Hard to assess, Champ and Paisley are decent yardsticks.
Miranda will like the track more than the others but even with the mares allowance has it all to do on ratings and is short enough.
Goshen could sulk and may lack stamina and i would be laying rather backing.
He could well run well for 2m6f though and make you sweat.
Not so sleepy cant be written off.

Kauto Star Novice Chase
Thyme Hill is the pick of the ratings but i doubt the track will suit and his jumping is poor in my opinion.
McFabulous will like the track and jumps well.
Happy to lay the former and back the latter but the other less exposed horses could well have a say.
Mortlach will be stuffed.

Christmas Hurdle
Constitution Hill will win by 15 lengths with Epatante to follow him home.
Metier could beat the other 2 especially if it gets very soft.

King George
Not a deep race.
Lhomme Presse the pick of the ratings and reliable. Might not be his track and not sure if this will suit his superior stamina. But he is not one to oppose.
Bravemansgame will love the track, may not quite see it out if a stamina test and his jumping is bang on.
Not value in either of the fancied horses prices.

I cant have Hitman. Place lay.

Envoi Allen, Frodon, Eldorado Allen all capable of running big races.

Royale Pagaille is a lovely horse but Kempton's 3m is neither the track nor the trip for him.
Millers Bank not classy enough.
Ahoy Senor is interesting at the price but his jumping here last year and in general wont cut it.
Looks an Aintree specialist, no more, no less.

Pleased with Dec 26th and I made a few quid.
Apparently McFabulous finished lame so hard to know if the Thyme Hill form will stand up but yes he certainly jumped much much better than previously.
Staying Hurdling Division is so open, they may dip back into that depending on his next run.

Looking forward to the 2m hurdle today at Leopardstown.
Some other nice races there.
English racing could really do with one decent meeting every day during the holidays.
