Well done beating England in the T20 world cup . Did not see any of it and replays will probably be restricted given the outcome .

They're gradually developing into a formidable outfit capable of beating anybody . Some new talent coming through which is most encouraging. Pity the game gets so little quality coverage on Irish media. The T20 format now offers the prospect of exciting fast moving action and nail-biting finishes . I hope RTE can get around to showing some of these matches live. I think a good audience can be built up as more people come to understand the rules and become familiar with the star players.

This world Cup is giving great exposure to teams like Ireland , playing against the top teams in the world .
Results show that the gap between the "top 8 "in the world and the next 8 is narrowing . Out of the running now , but can be rightly proud to have played so well to date . |

AGAIN Ireland showed that they can compete with the top teams as the great structures at all junior levels past decade are defintly paying off. id love see Malahide being made the home ground as great atmosphere great hospitality in town and perfect transort structures. The team done the island proud as did the great supporters that travelled over to OZ .
