There is still a Toolans office in Kilkenny City. Was a Celtic office, then Bambury, then Harcourt, and now Toolans.
As for accounts i don't know. Here does me for 99 % of my betting. I know a few who have Bar One accounts and they seem happy enough.

Sean Graham was always a good independent bookmaker.Back in the day when we had good bookmakers.No accounts were closed back then unless you had credit trouble.I think they have a online present.
