i see both naas and leopardstown have dispensed with their 2mile races , yes i know they were held in november but surely between them they could have onto what were great traditional races
also there was a conditions race at the curragh named the jt rogers memorial which was a traditonal stepping stone for good stayers
any thoughts
also thurles back on the flat reminds me of some good horses who won their maidens at lesser tracks

I think the naas one is still they over a mile and six.The winner may have ran last sunday.Always fine the staying races more interesting.At Thurles they should have had races over a mile and six.maidens and handicaps.

yes but the 2mile race was very good at Naas
Thurles have definitely under performed as regards race planning
