Uninspiring card to me, very open look to nearly every race and that can be applied to the 5.45 as well.
Did a small ew on Captain Power all the same, hoping Pillar does his usual front running to make a pace, think a fast pace will be important for Captain P as generally held up and runs on,his price,8's best,general 7/1 and a career low handicap mark would be hopeful reasoning,could easily be mullered in his run but hopeful he'll run well.

^Can't really say it was unlucky as such but looked the best horse in the race, has another chance this evening against an AO'B hotpot who seemingly has breeder cup ambitions. Looks a fair price at around 3/1 against the favs 4/6,race worth a watch in any case.
