What will his salary be?
|
|
By:
His CRH function is non-executive. Other executives run the Company.
|
|
By:
Directors receive €13k p.a. and JK - possibly paid a little more - took no remuneration during his term. One serves.
10 employees are paid in excess of 100k and the average salary of all others is 70k+. |

Does not sound like the ideal person to help the struggling grass roots.

Non-executive director = the nice biscuits and explanations like "if you were actually here day-to-day, you'd see why we have to pull the stuff we do".

pecker, is your weiner out of joint coz I've no idea what you're talking about? If its my intro to the latest in-house selection then I might suggest there was a reason for the italics.
Apart from that, have you anything of interest to say on the topic or are you just a skirmisher? |

The Irish Field, 23/06/18
Six regular racegoers wanted for HRI body Would you like free admission to all Irish racing? That's one of the perks for members of the Horse Racing Ireland's Racegoers Consultative Forum (RCF) and six new members are needed. The RCF has 14 members representing all areas of the country, including Northern Ireland. Their brief is to bring ideas and feedback from racegoers on how to improve the race-going experience to senior executives in HRI when they meet four times a year. |

The new Chairman got his first taste of the flavour of his political masters during the week and it was an easy ride. It's fair to say he is not immersed in the various issues and debates that are currently in vogue and most responses included "I'll come back to you on that."
For oversight to be effective it depends on knowledgeable public servants (TD's and senators) to be interested and concerned about the game and I was keenly anticipating the first question after Hartery introduced himself and his CV. Would it be drug testing in the breeding industry, betting tax, racecourse plummeting attendances and betting handle, trainer hegemony and domination, superpowers etc etc?? Not quite! The first question was about harness racing!!!! The pump is still greased in the parish. |
